Document Control
Manage controlled documents with revision history, employee acknowledgements, standards mapping, and audit-evidence exports. The system is built for active QMS use, not simple file storage.
Give your manufacturing quality team more than a document repository. QMS Learning combines role-specific training, AI-guided problem solving, controlled records, and exportable audit evidence in one practical platform. Build stronger ISO 9001 workflows, help junior engineers make sound decisions, and keep audit readiness moving without taking people off the production floor for classroom training.

Practical software, training, and evidence tools that help manufacturing teams operate and improve their quality management systems.
Manage controlled documents with revision history, employee acknowledgements, standards mapping, and audit-evidence exports. The system is built for active QMS use, not simple file storage.
Build internal audit capability through clause-by-clause ISO 9001:2015 training, interactive scenarios, ISO 19011 principles, nonconformity writing, and audit-reporting practice for manufacturing teams.
Train teams to investigate problems using 5-Why, fishbone, and fault-tree methods, then document containment, corrective actions, preventive actions, and effectiveness verification.
Develop a repeatable internal audit program with guidance on auditor competence, scheduling, program measurement, management reporting, and evidence that demonstrates ongoing system effectiveness.
Turn management review into an operating rhythm by preparing decision-ready inputs, documenting actions, tracking completion, and connecting leadership decisions to QMS performance.
Combine ISO 9001 auditing, root cause and CAPA, audit program management, and management review learning in a focused pathway for general manufacturing quality teams.
QMS Learning helps manufacturers turn quality requirements into work their teams can perform and prove. The platform pairs self-paced, role-specific learning with an AI Workbench for method selection and artifact drafting, plus dashboards and exports that organize objective evidence. Instead of pausing production for classroom sessions or relying on outside consultants, teams can strengthen ISO 9001 practices, resolve nonconformities, and prepare for audits in their normal operating environment.

A practitioner-built platform for teams that need usable quality capability, not completion certificates alone.
Built from 20 years of audit-floor experience, including more than 1,000 auditor findings.
Combine learning, AI problem solving, document control, dashboards, and evidence exports in one workflow.
ISO 9001 content reflects real audits across machining, fabrication, packaging, and consumer-goods operations.
Self-paced access reduces classroom scheduling conflicts, travel costs, and avoidable production-floor disruption.
Practitioner-led guidance for stronger, audit-ready manufacturing quality systems.

Founder
Will Trikha is the Founder of QMS Learning and a quality and operations practitioner with over 20 years of hands-on experience in regulated industries. Having written more than 1,000 findings as an auditor and closed twice that number as a quality manager, Will brings unmatched real-world depth to compliance training. His career has been built on the aerospace and defense audit floor, with deep expertise in AS9100D, ITAR, and related compliance frameworks. Frustrated by the persistent gap between conventional training and actual audit-ready capability, Will created QMS Learning to give quality teams the diagnostic judgment, AI-powered tools, and evidence management systems they need to walk into any audit with confidence. His practitioner-first philosophy shapes every course, pathway, and platform feature at QMS Learning.
Quality management systems are commonly grouped by the standard or regulatory framework they support: ISO 9001 for general quality management, AS9100 for aerospace, ISO 13485 for medical devices, and IATF 16949 for automotive manufacturing. A QMS can also be described by its format, such as paper-based, spreadsheet-driven, on-premise digital, or cloud-based. The right structure depends on your industry, customer requirements, and certification obligations.
