ITAR Compliance Requirements for Defense Teams

Being ITAR compliant means an organization follows applicable requirements in the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, 22 CFR Parts 120–130. The appropriate authorization depends on the transaction, parties, scope of work, technical data involved, and duration. Documented review is essential before proceeding.
