Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to accessible training, and how to get help if something does not work for you.

Last updated September 16, 2026

1. Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use our website, academy and training, including people with disabilities. We are working to make qmslearning.com and academy.qmslearning.com conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the benchmark widely used for web accessibility.

2. What we do

  • We consider accessibility when we build or change pages, lessons and features: meaningful headings, text alternatives for images, keyboard access, visible focus, readable color contrast, labeled controls and captions.
  • We review new and changed content for accessibility problems and fix what we find.
  • We do not rely on overlay widgets. We fix issues in the underlying pages.
  • We work with customers to provide accommodations for their learners.

3. Courses and learning

Our course videos are produced with on-screen captions. Lessons combine text, visuals, interactive exercises and assessments.

If a learner needs a transcript, a different format, more time on an assessment, a different way to complete an interactive exercise, or another accommodation, contact us at will@qmslearning.com. We will work with the learner and their employer to provide an effective alternative.

4. Known limitations

We are still improving. Some content may not yet fully meet our target, including:

  • some interactive simulations and visual exercises, which may not yet work fully with every assistive technology;
  • some older pages and downloadable documents;
  • AI-generated drafts, which may not follow every formatting convention used by assistive technology; and
  • third-party services we use but do not control, such as our meeting scheduler, payment processor, video meeting tools, professional networks, and the Insights section produced with our content partner.

This statement describes our goals and current efforts. It is not a claim that every page or feature fully conforms today.

5. Get help or give feedback

If you have trouble using any part of our website, academy or training, contact us:

Please tell us the page or course, what you were trying to do, the problem you found, and, if you are comfortable sharing it, the browser and assistive technology you use. We aim to respond within two business days. While we work on a fix, we will give you the information or service another way, such as by email, by phone or in an accessible document.

6. Review

We review this statement at least once a year and when we make significant changes to our website or academy.
